Phoneman answers calls to your business. Use it only for that, and only in ways that are legal where you and your callers are.

Don’t use Phoneman for

Patient calls for a medical or dental practice, or any use as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Practices should use the Agentman AI Receptionist for practices.
Emergency services, or as a replacement for one. Phoneman is not an emergency line.
Robocalling, spam, or calls and messages people haven’t agreed to receive.
Anything illegal, deceptive or harassing, including impersonating someone else.
Telling callers it is a person. Phoneman discloses that it is an AI assistant, and that must stay on.
